SPECIAL ACADEMIC LINKAGE PROGRAM (SALP)
Manila Water's Special Academic Linkage Program (SALP) aims to provide students
the opportunity to apply the theories and skills gained in school in a professional
working environment.
The program is designed for students in their senior/final year
of college study. Selected interns will undergo work practicum in the field of
specialization of their choice and will be mentored closely by an in-house expert
to enable them to further hone their competencies in preparation for the start
of their career. Upon successfully completing the program with their bachelor’s
degree, outstanding interns may be offered a possible career opportunity in the
company.
Available areas of specialization are:
• Water supply and wastewater treatment
• Project development
• Information technology
• Human resource management
• Finance management
