In 2006, the name Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc. was
eventually changed to Avida Land Corp. Shorts for "Ave" or "celebrate" and
"vida" which means "life," this new name is more in tune with Ayala Land's
commitment to transform the lives of the hardworking middle class.
