Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) is a member of the Bounty Fresh Group of Companies in the Philippines. The Group are involved in Broiler Integration which is the second largest integration in the Philippines, Layer Breeding and table egg production where it is the market leader, Swine Breeding and Fattening, Processed Meats, Fresh Produce and Poultry and Livestock Equipment Distribution. It is ranked # 237 of the top 1,000 corporations in the Philippines in 2005, the latest published ranking. It jumped from # 269 the previous year.

BAVI was incorporated in 1999 but embarked on full scale expansion only in year 2002 to cover all the provincial areas of the Philippines outside Metro Manila and Central Luzon.

To date, the company drives its business from the 21 branches across the country. The combined branch network operates 502 broiler contract farms with total capacity of 9.6 million birds, 16 hatcheries, 7 feed mills, 18 poultry processing plants and 4 processed meats plants. None of these facilities are owned by the company but are owned and operated by various Business Partners under contract or tolling arrangement. The company adds value in the supply chain by organizing and providing technical assistance to each part of the supply chain from production, processing, marketing and all the way to sales making sure that the business interests of each part of the chain are reasonably served.
