Our Professional Healthcare Representatives (PHRs) receive
the best training in the business and each covers a geographically
compact territory, calling on doctors, hospitals, managed-care organizations
and drug distributors. Supporting and coordinating their efforts are
our marketing, strategic planning, human resources and other medical
and business professionals. We promote from within our ranks, moving
our professionals into more specialized sales and management roles.
Pfizer hires self-starters with excellent interpersonal
skills and willingness to learn. Knowledge of, and interest in,
medicine and pharmaceuticals are helpful, although not a must.
