Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Site Occupational Safety and Health Programs and initiatives.
Advise the Site Management Team and Site SH&E Head in all aspects of Occupational Safety and Health
Ensure legal compliance in all Occupational Safety and Health regulatory requirements and Nestle standards. Function as Safety Practitioner for the Site.
Keep in contact with main OSH stakeholders and represent the site in external OSH events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
Able to communicate and influence people at all levels of the organization
Has good competence on leading and managing Environment Management Systems
Good knowledge on Occupational Safety and Health Regulatory requirements and standards
Knowledgeable on Accident and Emergency Response
OHSAS and Pollution Control Practioner
Willing to relocate anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
