Responsibilities:

Ensures success of new products with packaging solutions that meet the agreed success measures.
Drives product competitiveness through pioneering initiatives, improved specifications and reduced costs in packaging.
Leads all packaging structural developments for new products (including promotions) from conceptualization to commercialization.
Maintains the group’s technical competence on packaging by self-development, formal trainings, immersion in production, and exposure to technology providers

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent
Knowledge of basic scientific principles related to manufacturing and packaging
Good verbal and written communication skills (including technical writing)
At least 2 years experience in any relevant field in food manufacturing
Full-Time positions available
Willing to travel and be based anywhere the company operates
