Requirements
  • - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in either Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent from Ateneo de Manila University, University of the Philippines, De La Salle University, University of Sto.Tomas.
  • - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in any of the following HR functions: Compensation and Benefits, Benefits Administration/Employee Relations or Job Analysis and Benefits
  • - Good communication skills
  • - Proficient in MS Office particularly Microsoft Excel
  • - Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • - Can start ASAP is an advantage
