Responsibilities
- Performs tasks related to supporting customers via phone and e-mail
- Provides first level support ( Help Desk) for paying customers and partners
- Performs fraud and abuse management, administration of customer/ cooperation contracts
- Provides quarterly reports to our paying clients which includes statistics and updates
- Handles all in bound post sales queries and concerns such as modification of objects, and contract related concerns
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
