Responsibilities
  • Performs tasks related to supporting customers via phone and e-mail
  • Provides first level support ( Help Desk) for paying customers and partners
  • Performs fraud and abuse management, administration of customer/ cooperation contracts
  • Provides quarterly reports to our paying clients which includes statistics and updates
  • Handles all in bound post sales queries and concerns such as modification of objects, and contract related concerns


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • knowledgeable in MS Office, web applications
