Performs tasks related to supporting customers via phone and e-mail
Provides first level support ( Help Desk) for paying customers and partners
Performs fraud and abuse management, administration of customer/ cooperation contracts
Provides quarterly reports to our paying clients which includes statistics and updates
Handles all in bound post sales queries and concerns such as modification of objects, and contract related concerns
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
