Position BRAND ACTIVATION OFFICER (ILOILO)

Responsibilities

MERCHANDISING
-Determines specific merchandising/print requirements needed for the event and their corresponding timelines.
-Briefs/Aligns with the Merchandising Group on the Execution Plan for all forthcoming brand activation initiatives to ensure the content/copy of all merchandising materials is in synch with the event’s concept.
-Closely coordinates with Merchandising to ensure timely shipping/delivery of merchandising materials to all designated event venues.
-Collaborates with third party agencies regarding proper turnover of merchandising materials after the event and keeps a record of all materials available in the group.

BUDGETS
-Manages and monitors monthly budget and spending per event.
-Ensures monthly expenditures are kept within budget.
-Prepares and processes monthly Promotional Work Plan (PWP) and Materials Requisition Form.

EVENT PLANNING, MANAGEMENT AND POST EVALUATION
-Screens/Evaluates all Cost Estimates submitted by 3rd party agencies making sure all cost items meet the requirements at a reasonable cost.
-Performs other administrative tasks related to the planning, monitoring and supervision of events, as deemed necessary.
-Writes the Execution Plan and clears this with the Senior Manager of the Brand Activation Group before it is aligned with the internal groups involved in the project.
-Tracks sales performance/output vs. forecast of events. Documents actual sales and reports this to immediate supervisor at the end of the event.
-Cascades plans to participating units/groups within the company prior to actual implementation of the project.
-Coordinates closely with 3rd party agencies making sure they are properly briefed on the requirements/demands of the project.
-Plans, negotiates, coordinates and implements events.
-Writes post event analysis making sure key learnings/consumer insights/next steps are clearly identified to enhance succeeding events. He/She presents post reviews of events to participating brand groups involved.
-Tracks sales performance/output vs. forecast of events. Documents actual sales and reports this to his/her immediate supervisor at the end of the event.
-Reviews and screens post-event requirements submitted by 3rd party agencies to ensure they are complete before they are turned over to the departments concerned in processing check payments to suppliers.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Events Management.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
