Responsibilities
  • Ensures the closure of issues and concerns related to applications developed, deployed, and maintained by ITGSM
  • Provides assistance to the assigned Level 1 and Level 2 support teams in problem investigation and implementation of necessary fix
  • Monitors the response, resolution, and service restoration times to ensure compliance with the SLS


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in databases and IT systems operations (required).
  • Also with optional experience on system analysis, design and development.
