Position DEPUTY MANAGER - BASE MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities
  • Provide the Base Manager - Base Maintenance with real time updates and status reports of the operational issues of the department.
  • Attend the Weekly Management meetings, Schedule Coordination meetings, daily morning meetings with Lufthansa Technik Philippines and Aviation Partnership and daily afternoon Planning Coordination meetings.
  • Provide direct daily support and supervision of the Base Maintenance departments.
  • Monitor the Leave Roster.
  • Provide such additional assistance to the Manager and deputise for the Manager during his absence.


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Specific Aircraft Maintenance course/training is an advantage.
  • Holder of current Airframe and Powerplant license with minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Knowledgeable with the day-to-day operation of the Base Maintenance department.
