Responsibilities
- Research of lessor's identification, setting of appointments to immediate superior.
- Sending of letter of intent and acquisition of initial lease terms.
- Conduct site study by gathering population data, validation of competitor and price survey.
- Securing complete checklist for contract of lease requirements.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing.
- Has strong background in retail company.
- Possess strong personality, aggressive and has good communication skills both oral & written.
- Flexible, outgoing person and willing to do field work.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Male/Female, 21 to 28 years old with pleasing personality.
