- Answer telephone inquiries and all toehr requests
- Answers email transaction
- Handles guest inquiries, complaints and process settlements
- Attends to guests complaints and ensure proper investigations and resolution of cases
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mass Communications, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
- With Excellent Oral and Written English Communication skills
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service and complaints handling. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
- Ability to listen effectively
