Responsibilities
- Take the lead in setting up processes and procedures fro technology-related operations.
- Responsible for system security, performance optimization, system stability and availability.
- Responsible for scaling technology infrastructure.
- Oversee the entire technical / e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong background in commercial software development or large scale systems development and operations, with experience in structured project management processes, product architecture and technology strategy.
- Required skill(s): Object-oriented programming, Oracle DB, Apache / Tomcat, SEO and application design.
- Ability to deliver high quality and efficient solutions within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of technology best practices in coding, testing, integration, performance and security.
- Creative, Imaginative and Resourceful
- Organized and Systematic
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Preferably at least 5 extensive experience in managing start up technology businesses.
