- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Manager in any IT Support function, facilities management, help desk operation or IT Training services.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
- Competent in Help Desk Operations, IT Asset Management, ITIL, Helpdesk tools
