Ensure a high quality of customer service to subscribers (through phone, e-mail, online, and walk-in)
Coordinate and monitor subscription deliveries with the courier
Process and encode new and renewed subscriptions
Ensure production deadlines are met
Cashiering and soliciting subscriptions during selling activities
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Applicants should possess very good communication skills and must be customer service oriented.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
