Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high quality of customer service to subscribers (through phone, e-mail, online, and walk-in)
  • Coordinate and monitor subscription deliveries with the courier
  • Process and encode new and renewed subscriptions
  • Ensure production deadlines are met
  • Cashiering and soliciting subscriptions during selling activities


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Applicants should possess very good communication skills and must be customer service oriented.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
