Responsibilities
  • Technical Writer:
  • 1) Interview and document business process owners
  • 2) Prepares and documents policies and procedures
  • 3) Edits and proofreads documents
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • 1) Handle schedule of the Chief Information Officer
  • 2) Coordinate with various clients, department heads and suppliers
  • 3) Set up and maintain maintain mini-library as well as purchase books
  • 4) Catalog and maintain confidential documents


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years work experience focusing on technical writing, document control and/or IT processes.
