- Shall assist the Recruitment Officer in the screening, evaluation, and selection of suitable candidates to serve the manpower needs of the Bank. Shall also handle employee relations programs.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a top university.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with banking experience.
- With excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Personality suited for a frontline job.
- Resourceful, innerly motivated, cheerful, and with mature disposition.
- Able to report immediately.
