Provides comprehensive support, consulting and direction to business clients to help analyze and/or to solve their business needs
Gathers business requirements by conducting meeting/interviews
Follows and executes QA/testing plans within a particular program
Adheres to the appropriate project management disciplines (e.g. quality assurance, communications plans, change management plan, risk management, issue management, etc)
Creates and/or reviews manuals, how-to procedures, and related user documentation
Ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years cummulative experience as a programmer, systems analyst, project manager.
Has work experience in HR and Payroll systems
Has had at least 2 years of working experience with ERP Systems ( SAP, Oracle, others)
Technical skillsets required:
* MS Office
* WVBA/Macro programming
* Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
* General knowledge of relational databases
