Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all restaurant operational procedures comply with best Food Safety standards and legislative requirements
- Manages some restaurant specific suppliers such as pest control, laboratory testing suppliers and other minor food items suppliers
- Provides technical advise and support to food safety related issues
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has to have knowledge and understanding of quality management system and food safety system
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
