Conduct/initiate resource planning
Plan, design, implement, and manage the implementation of assigned projects.
Ensure proper resources are in place to ensure that required quantity and quality are met.
Work directly with customer regarding changes to the project scope, assessment of possible constraints and identification of new service opportunities
Coordinate the interaction with internal departments in the areas of procurement (Administration), kick-off conference calls (Program Management), resource requirements (HR) and hand-off calls (Product Support)
Follow a consistent project methodology
Facilitate necessary internal and external meetings and prepare necessary status reports to ensure project tasks are being completed in a timely fashion
Prepare, maintain and submit management reports (e.g. progress reports)
Develop productive relationships with the external client
Identify, evaluate and conduct cost-benefit analysis for clients
Identify new business opportunities with the ability to understand the general capabilities and limitation in a customer's current business environment
Participates in planning sessions of the Program Management Department to provide inputs regarding client servicing and status of the market to help set strategies and financial goals.
Assists in preparing budget to support mid and long term requirements of the department.
Plan and set objectives and goals based on the approved departmental objectives and goals (KRA, KPI).
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
