- Provide pre-sales technical support assistance
- Answer emails and calls within defined service levels
- Exhibits time management skills to effectively accomplish assigned tasks.
- Exhibits mastery of the English language – email etiquette, listening, comprehension and speaking.
- Minimum 2 years of University studies required. Technical certifications and /or Bachelor’s degree in computer related studies preferred.
- At least one year IT related experience - helpdesk, network technician or technical sales.
- Background in PC assembly including desktops, notebooks, workstation and thin clients. Server hardware support knowledge is a plus.
