- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services and hardware.
- Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures
- Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes
- Proactively recommend products or services needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction quality.
- Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Major Account Managers and channel partners to avoid conflicts and generate revenue
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
