Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services and hardware.
Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures
Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes
Proactively recommend products or services needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction quality.
Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Major Account Managers and channel partners to avoid conflicts and generate revenue

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Ability to understand the customer better than they do, to anticipate future needs and help identify products and services
