- To conduct continuous training and development programs for the trainees and the Product Support personnel by formulating and facilitating training programs to enhance sales knowledge and skills.
- Actively work with the Training Supervisor to ensure alignment of technical specifications and Sales process as directed by the client.
- Deliver specific programs for experienced agents aimed to increase sales productivity and becoming a strategic adviser for the program.
- Develop, update, and lead sales training initiatives to reinforce the program’s sales process.
- Develop tools such as creating scripts and call flows to support sales strategies which will help increase agent’s ability to communicate the value proposition of the products and services being offered.
- Attends periodic calibration sessions with QA and Operations to ensure calibration on program-related issues.
- Create a platform and schedule for reinforcement sessions incorporating role plays, success stories, and case studies.
- Checks efficiency of training conducted by proactively measuring the progress of each training initiative being rolled out to Operations
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
