Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots/maintains and deploys telecommunications and data insfracture and workstation.
- Performs regulars maintenance schedule for IT insfracture as per daily, bi-monthly maintenance AVAYA, routers, surveillance system, mail, database, modem and switches.
- Develops Program for the section such as on line ticket/troubleshooting/proxy servers and Eqms.
- Participates in planning and set plans and program for the department.
- Maintains ordeliness in the work place and proper use of IT and Telecom Equipments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
