- To propagate a quality conscious mindset throughout the organization and install management systems and structures that will promote quality service and to provide the company its competitive advantage.
- Design and implements training programs to increase quality consciousness and equip management and employees with tools to improve quality of processes and products.
- Conducts studies on current systems and processes to identify areas of quality deficiency.
- Designs and implements systems and operational processes to ensure quality throughtout the organization.
- Review all reports made by Quality Assurance staff for accuracy anf forwards report to superiors for relevant action.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
