Responsibilities:
Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions
Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.
Keep track of updates to provide accurate and quality support.
Attends trainings for product orientation and call handling skills to improve quality of customer service.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
With strong customer service orientation
Good typing skills.
