Responsibilities:
- PREPARES AND SENDS PROPOSALS, NEGOTIATES CONTRACTS, CLOSES CONTRACTS, AND COORDINATES DETAILS OF SERVICE / PRODUCT TO OTHER INVOLVED GROUPS/STAFF
- UPDATES, MAINTAINS, AND DEVELOPS CLIENT DATABASE
- ENSURES THAT ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT ARE DELIVERED ACCORDING TO THE AGREED UPON SERVICE STANDARDS
- ANALYZE SALES STATISTICS TO DETERMINE BUSINESS GROWTH POTENTIAL
- GROWING CLIENT BASE PER INDUSTRY SEGMENT
- PARTICIPATES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIC SALES AND MARKETING PLAN FOR CxI
- LEADS INITIATIVES TO ACHIEVE SALES AND MARKETING OBJECTIVES ESTABLISHED IN CxI’S STRATEGIC PLAN
- COORDINATES WITH SALES AND OTHER STAFF FOR CLIENT REQUIREMENTS AS AGREED IN CONTRACT AND SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS
- BUSINESS LEADS DEVELOPMENT – SEEKS OUT NEW CUSTOMERS AND TARGETS NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES, INITIATES ACTION PLAN TO APPROACH AND SECURE NEW BUSINESS FOR CxI
- ACCOMPLISH MONTHLY SALES QUOTA
- DEVELOPS, MAINTAINS, AND IMPROVES BUSINESS RELATIONS WITH PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS
- INVOLVEMENT WITH SALES BLITZ, MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, AND OTHER SALES PROMOTIONS
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
