Responsibilities
- Consumer Sales
- Sales Strategy,Development & Operations
- Mobile Cluster Channel Strategy
- 1. Program Planning & Execution
- Plans programs with Channel Head
- Executes all relevant programs developed by SSDO for Cluster Sales to achieve sales targets
- 2. Sustainability and Profitability of Sales Existing Distribution Channels
- Reviews and initiates enhancements on Dealer Performance Assessment Standards (DPAS)
- Recommends new roles/deliverables for existing sales channels to ensure development and profitability
- Recommends training and development for sales people;
- 3. Development of New Sales Channels and Standards
- Obtains and develops new sales distribution channels
- Prescribes the criteria/standards for the new sales channel
- - Collaborates with the appropriate Channel Head for the new channel criteria/standards
- 4. Enhancement of Policies and Processes for CSAS Programs
- Reviews the relevance of the existing policies and processes to current sales channels
- Recommends new policies and processes to current/new sales channels to ensure timely selling with minimum risk/fraud
- 5. Operations Evaluation and Audit
- Monitors and audits program execution to ensure compliance with standards/requirements
- Recommends improvements on implemented programs based on insights gathered from field operations
- Audits the existing channel vs. the sales channel standards
Requirements
- - College Graduate
- - Should display the ff. skills:
- a) Intermediate and Project Management
- b) Verbal and Presentation Skills
- c) Channel Management Skills
- - Should be a Customer/ Sales Partner
- - Should possess understanding on channel profitability, market development
- - Account Management
