Responsibilities

  • Consumer Sales
  • Sales Strategy,Development & Operations
  • Mobile Cluster Channel Strategy
  • 1. Program Planning & Execution
  •  Plans programs with Channel Head
  •  Executes all relevant programs developed by SSDO for Cluster Sales to achieve sales targets
  • 2. Sustainability and Profitability of Sales Existing Distribution Channels
  •  Reviews and initiates enhancements on Dealer Performance Assessment Standards (DPAS)
  •  Recommends new roles/deliverables for existing sales channels to ensure development and profitability
  •  Recommends training and development for sales people;
  • 3. Development of New Sales Channels and Standards
  •  Obtains and develops new sales distribution channels
  •  Prescribes the criteria/standards for the new sales channel
  • - Collaborates with the appropriate Channel Head for the new channel criteria/standards
  • 4. Enhancement of Policies and Processes for CSAS Programs
  •  Reviews the relevance of the existing policies and processes to current sales channels
  •  Recommends new policies and processes to current/new sales channels to ensure timely selling with minimum risk/fraud
  • 5. Operations Evaluation and Audit
  •  Monitors and audits program execution to ensure compliance with standards/requirements
  •  Recommends improvements on implemented programs based on insights gathered from field operations
  •  Audits the existing channel vs. the sales channel standards


Requirements
  • - College Graduate
  • - Should display the ff. skills:
  • a) Intermediate and Project Management
  • b) Verbal and Presentation Skills
  • c) Channel Management Skills
  • - Should be a Customer/ Sales Partner
  • - Should possess understanding on channel profitability, market development
  • - Account Management
