Responsibilities

  • Handles medium to high complexity integration projects;
  • Develops Service Delivery and Integration Division’s (DID) processes through the following:
  • Collates process improvement inputs from Lead Implementation and Integration
  • Analyzes current industry-accepted processes for improved efficiency
  • Designs and documents the recommended delivery and implementation policies and processes for approval
  • Submits improved/enhanced service delivery and integration process to department head for consideration and approval
  • Researches industry standards on project implementation and system integration and assesses their applicability to the Globe environment to derive and document standard processes, and guidelines on building application interfaces and data integration strategy
  • Reviews current blueprint for assigned domain and updates current architecture diagram (as needed)
  • Reviews project resource requirements drafted by the Lead I&I, and provides inputs to the Lead I&I before a copy is furnished to the Resource Manager
  • Checks and provides inputs on technical requirements for projects (provided by the Technical Leads(TL)) to be forwarded to the Vendor as input to their proposal
  • Reviews proposals submitted by vendors
  • Provides recommendations or negotiates with vendors on the technical requirements
  • Reviews, comments, approves or recommends approval to department head (based on LOA) of the Decision Analysis and Record (DAR) submitted by TL for Vendor Selection
  • Checks the filled out ISG Contracts Engagement Form (submitted by Lead I&I) for completeness and accuracy
  • Forwards ISG Contracts Engagement Form to Contract Management
  • Evaluates, comments, approves or recommends approval to department head (based on LOA) of the Technical Implementation Plan (TIP) drafted by TLs (i.e. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
  • Risk Management Plan, Scope of Work (SOW))
  • Reviews the Supplier Management Plan submitted by Lead I&I
  • Evaluates the proposed deviations by vendors
  • Approves or recommends approval to department heads (based on LOA) of the deviations or special agreements with vendors
  • Checks, reviews and recommends on the integration-specific items of the SRS developed by TL for completeness, accuracy and soundness of design. The review shall exclude details of the specific systems.
  • Checks, reviews and approves the Detailed System Architecture and Design (DSAD) developed by TLs for completeness, accuracy, soundness of design, and compliance to architectural roadmap
  • Recommends approval to department head based on LOA
  • Monitors the progress of projects, resolves issues, escalates risks and issues to dept head, and recommends solutions to mitigate risks
  • Evaluates performance of project-based Technical Lead (TL) against agreed project, skills, and competencies metrics and submits results to Resource Management
  • Discusses results with the TL and gives recommendations on how to improve their performance
  • Checks, reviews and approves the Cutover Plan (COP) developed by TLs for completeness, accuracy and soundness of the plan
  • Recommends approval of the Cutover plan to department head (when necessary)
  • Internally examines performance with consideration of previous year’s assessment.
  • Plans and documents Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for current year addressing areas for improvement
  • Identifies training requirements
  • Recommends performance metrics
  • Executes assigned audit-related tasks during audit preparation, audit response, and closure of audit findings


Requirements
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
  • Specialization: IT/Computer - Software
  • Job Role: Software Engineer/Programmer
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Field of Study:Computer Science/Information Technology
