Responsibilities
- Business Transformation Initiation/ Ideation and Scoping
- Enable Stakeholders’ engagement
- Set expectations and resource requirements for involved business groups/Small Medium Enterprises
- Benefits Realization Management
- Determine the sectors’ business Key Peroformance Indicators/priorities and opportunities for improvements from BPR and Billing Support Systems transformation
- Establish baseline operational KPIs
- Establish “to-be” operational performance targets for the business sectors and Sweden vendor
- Continuous tracking and measure of business KPIs up to 3 months from RFS
- Business Process Architecture
- Provide Sector Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge and lead High Level Design reviews with core team, business SMEs as well as prepare and present HLDs to executive for approvals
- Lead the documentation of end to end business processes involving both Amdocs and legacy systems for the business sector
- Organization Change Management
- Assess change impact to existing process, tools and people
- Provide timely communication to stakeholders on changes and its implications
- Provide mitigation of risks and business continuity issues brought about by the project changes
- Business Readiness
- Drive and ensure alignment across different user groups of the business sector in the development of the business readiness and migration plans
- Business Deployment
- Drive completion of planned business readiness activities
- Drive successful implementation of new business processes
- Drive realisation of business benefits from successful implementation
- Single point of contact to the assigned business sector and user groups in
- Consolidation of business requirements needed for Project Sweden throughout the transformation program
- Facilitating new “Business As Usual” (BAU) IT enhancements/capabilities to be seamlessly migrated/supported by Sweden BSS
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
