ResponsibilitiesHandling and managing day-to-day QA and publishing of new content
This position is primary responsible for the 24/7 maintenance of TFC’s global website, specifically in implementation of new features and aggressive acquisition and engagement strategy. This position will focus on defining and implementing interactive internet practices to increase knowledge-sharing awareness between colleagues, customers and partners.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating line-up of new content for site updates
Creating copy for site updates
Working with Creatives to come up with engaging visuals for site updates
Editing program blurbs as needed
Posting updates on the sites various SNS channels
Moderating and spurring user comments on the site and SNS
Working with CS in responding to customer feedback
Coordinating and monitoring the optimization of online statistics, contribute to meaningful statistical reporting
Ensuring the site’s integrity through implementation and maintenance of established system management practices, processes and controls.
Being up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technology to keep site competitive in the online world.
Preparing for livestreaming of select shows.
Handling chat management of livestreamed shows.
Conceiving, designing and launching the new product features.
Creating tactical campaigns to increase user activity
Assisting in defining and maintaining the “character” of the website
Coordinating webhosting and domain management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Journalism, Mass Communications, Communication Arts or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Writing in both English and Filipino, Project Management, Online "social" skills.
Knowledge in technical and design; familiarity with common web publishing technologies such as CSS and HTML; knowledge in media production
Other skills required: Knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
