ABS-CBN Shared Service Center PTE, LTD - ROHQ is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation which was incorporated in 2008. It's head office is located in Singapore while the Regional Operating Head Quarters is located in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Compound, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City. This is the in-house shared service center of the ABS-CBN Group servicing the support business requirements of its local, regional and global offices.
Responsibilities
The Financial Reporting functions in ROHQ are set up as a valuable source of presenting the financial condition of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries. These services cover the timely release of reports to the employees, management, board and stakeholders of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries.
General Ledger is one of the functions under Financial Reporting. Tasks of the function include:
Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions which complies to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS);
Analyze and reconcile transactions under general ledger with subsidiary ledger;
Support the financial operation with the leadership, oversight and control necessary to achieve financial goals;
Minimize, if not eliminates, turn-around time and discrepancies;
Maintain good external and internal customer relationships in order to effectively meet their requirements at the least cost for the company.
Requirements
Graduate of Accountancy
CPA License is a must
With at least two (2) years related work experience
Exposure in SAP is an advantage
Preferably from a shared service/ROHQ or multinational industry
Must be willing to work on night shift
