ABS-CBN Shared Service Center Pte., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation which was incorporated in 2008. It's head office is located in Singapore while the Regional Operating Head Quarters is located in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Compound, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City. This is the in-house shared service center of the ABS-CBN Group servicing the support business requirements of its local, regional and global offices.
Responsibilities
The Financial Reporting functions in ROHQ are set up as a valuable source of presenting the financial condition of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries. These services cover the timely release of reports to the employees, management, board and stakeholders of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries.
Tax Management is one of the functions under Financial Reporting. Tasks of the function include:
Monitor and ensure compliance to tax and license regulatory laws in timely and accurate manner
Formulate plans and programs to best utilize tax rates applicable to the business transactions of ABS-CBN and subsidiaries
Maintains good external and internal customer relationships in order to effectively meet their requirements at the least cost for the company.
Requirements
Graduate of Accountancy
With at least one (1) year related work experience and technically adept in taxation, specifically in tax and license regulatory laws
Exposure in SAP is an advantage
