ABS-CBN Shared Service Center PTE., LTD - ROHQ is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation which was incorporated in 2008. It's head office is located in Singapore while the Regional Operating Head Quarters is located in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Compound, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City. This is the in-house shared service center of the ABS-CBN Group servicing the support business requirements of its local, regional and global offices.
Responsibilities
The Revenue Accounting functions in ROHQ include the Billing and Account Management functions. Billing is one of the functions under Revenue Accounting. Tasks of the function include:
Creation and generation of invoices
Creation and generation of debit and credit memos
Reconciliation and report preparation on regular and cross-platform packages
Liquidation of implemented spots on SPBB packages
Monthly report preparation on the Status of Unbilled Spots and Disputed Accounts
Monthly preparation of accrual entries for unbilled spots and cross-platform packages
Ensures Traffic and Financial systems are reconciled monthly
Monthly preparation of schedules for airtime revenue and related accounts
Minimize, if not eliminates, turn-around time and discrepancies
Maintain good external and internal customer relationships in order to effectively meet their requirements at the least cost for the company
Requirements
Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting
With at least one (1) year related work experience
Exposure in SAP is an advantage
Preferably from a shared service/ROHQ or multinational industry
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
