Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager for Cable Acquisition for SKY is responsible for:
assisting the Brand Head in managing the cable business to achieve revenue and subscriber growth
developing, implementing, monitoring and analyzing sales agents, channels and subscriber acquisition programs
coordinating with sales for daily, weekly and monthly performance
conducting trade merchandising and competitive monitoring
ensuring effectiveness of sales agents/channels through regular product briefing and role playing
Requirements
College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business and Economics
Has at least five years experience in sales and marketing gained from a telco or FMCG company
With strong sales and trade channel development background
With strong communication, negotiation, numeracy skills, and promo implementation skills
Must be a critical thinker, creative, and attentive to details
