Big Dipper is a subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corp in-charge of operating and maintaining the company's Media Asset Management system which includes:

  • Converting Analog Video Materials to Digital Format
  • Video Quality Checking of Ingested Video
  • Cataloging of Ingested Materials
  • Providing Transcription/Translation/ Synopsis Writing
  • Processing of Multi-Format Dubbing

     

    Responsibilities

    Circulation and Monitoring Staff for The Big Dipper Digital Content and Design, Inc.
    Responsibilities include:

  • In-charge of monitoring all video collection, and all other transactions pertaining to video materials

    Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Library Science, Mass Communications or the equivalent.
  • Basic computer operations
  • Flexible and can work with minimum supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Keen with details
  • At least 1 year related working experience preferred.
  • Project based positions available
