ABS-CBN Shared Service Center PTE., LTD - ROHQ is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation which was incorporated in 2008. It's head office is located in Singapore while the Regional Operating Head Quarters is located in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Compound, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City. This is the in-house shared service center of the ABS-CBN Group servicing the support business requirements of its local, regional and global offices.

 

Responsibilities

Center of Excellence - Performance Analytics Technical Specialist for ABS-CBN Shared Service Center PTE., LTD - ROHQ
The Performance Analytics Technical Specialist's primary role will be:
- To collect and report the defined key performance indicators to the key stakeholders defects.
- Identify opportunity areas based on the KPI results and provide a recommendation for each service line.
- To lead the program that will serve as an indicator of overall quality of close in ROHQ not captured by KPI on a monthly basis.
- To manage the rewards and recognition program.
- To monitor defects and channel them to process owners for improvement, identify control points and prevent them from recurring.
- To complete quality evaluations and customer satisfaction survey

Requirements

  • College graduate of any university preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • With at least two (2) years experience in performance analytics, business analytics, quality service / business process engineering in a BPO or Financial Services
  • Must have good written and oral communications
  • Must be willing to work long hours
  • Regular position available
