ABS-CBN Shared Service Center PTE., LTE-ROHQ is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation which was incorporated in 2008. It's head office is located in Singapore while the Regional Operating Head Quarters is located in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Compound, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City. This is the in-house shared service center of the ABS-CBN Group servicing the support business requirements of its local, regional and global offices.
Responsibilities
Team Lead - Accounts Payable for ABS-CBN Shared Services Center PTE., LTD - ROHQ.
The Expense Accounting Group under ROHQ is established to improve efficiency and cut down costs in transaction processing by creating and maintaining expertise on each level of AP processing on production, PO based and non PO based transactions of ABS CBN parent and its subsidiaries. Roles within the department include:
- Provide parking and posting of recurring expenses
- Perform LIV processing
- Prepare computation of tax remittances
- Prepare audit schedules on a monthly and year end basis
- Provide parking and posting of production related expenses
- Ensure that production related expenses are in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Implement pertinent internal control to safeguard program and revolving funds though field cashiers
- Monitor sponsored production costs and ensure payments are in accordance with contracts and agreements
- Address all queries regarding communication charges
- Monitor mileage points, do online booking and coordinate with various travel agencies for airline booking both local and foreign trips
- Monitor commercial and non commercial ex deal transactions ensuring that everything is in accordance with what has been agreed
- Consistently coordinate with various agencies on application of ex deal transactions
Requirements
Graduate of Accountancy
CPA License is a must
Must be of team lead or supervisoty capacity
With at least five (5) years exposure in accounts payable, expense accounting, production cost accounting
Exposure in SAP is an advantage
Preferably from a shared service/ROHQ or multinational industry
Regular position available
