Responsibilities
SMOM (Systems Methods & Operations Management) - ROHQ personnel are Business Process Analysts designated to perform review of existing key business processes of the ABS-CBN Group of Companies. It works closely with HR in establishing the right organization given the business processes. It shall serve its Business Process Owners in identifying areas for improvement and work towards addressing them through change in business processes, structures or applications. It also works closely with IT in delivering functional requirements and performing user acceptance test prior to turn over to users, among others. The Department shall likewise work hand in hand with Corporate SMOM for the delivery of policies/ procedures and to-be standards of performance and / or to - be processes.
Requirements
Graduate of 4 or 5 year business related course With at least one (1) to two (2) years related work exposure, technically adept in business process analysis, delivery of policies/procedures Exposure in SAP is an advantage Preferably from a shared service/ROHQ or multinational industry
