RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote industrial peace by resolving issues proactively
- Enlighten employees with regards to disciplinary process, labor legislation, and application of appropriate provisions of the Code of Discipline
- Own the review &/or revision of the Code of Discipline
- Facilitate administrative investigation process
- Ensure that each account complies to the set policies and procedures and similarly suggest appropriate actions to remedy the concerns
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology/AB Political Science/ Behavioral/Social Science/Legal Management/Bachelor of Laws
- Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding on the Philippine Labor Code
- With at least 3 years of related experience
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- With integrity, objective/rational judgment and analytical skills
