RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course
- With above average scholastic records
- Highly personable with good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work during mall hours, weekends, and/or in shifting schedules
- Willing to be assigned in any of the Smart Wireless Centers located at Daet or Sorsogon
REQUIREMENTS:
- Acts as SMART Wireless Center front liner
- Responsible for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
- Handles problems and resolution of complaints
- Forecasting and liquidation of stocks
- Records all customer transactions
- Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers’ requests
- Reports competitor-related activities to territory sales manager
