RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquisition and retention of Infinity accounts in assigned area.
- Conceptualization and execution of marketing events to generate sales.
- End to end account management, including after sales servicing (processing of requests, handset navigation, configuration and troubleshooting, collection assistance).
- Reports generation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service.
- Must have good command of oral and written English.
