RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as SMART Wireless Center front liner
- Responsible for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
- Handles problems and resolution of complaints
- In charge of forecasting and liquidation of product inventory and stocks
- Records all customer transactions
- Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers’ requests
- Reports competitor-related activities to territory sales manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with good scholastic records
- High personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work during mall hours or in shifting schedule
