RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Acts as SMART Wireless Center front liner
  • Responsible for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
  • Handles problems and resolution of complaints
  • In charge of forecasting and liquidation of product inventory and stocks
  • Records all customer transactions
  • Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers’ requests
  • Reports competitor-related activities to territory sales manager

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with good scholastic records
  • High personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work during mall hours or in shifting schedule
