Be one of our Marketing Events Officers and be part of the exciting team that’s responsible in mounting events showcasing Smart’s world-first products and services to a broad range of audience. Utilize your good eye for detail and ability to mobilize and work with different people as you handle the entire cycle of events management from conceptualization to execution and post-review. As you contribute to brand objectives, you’ll be creating opportunities for targeted markets to be introduced to our products and services. Think of events such as the launching of Smart’s Netphone and Apple’s iPhone 4s! You’ll also get the opportunity to meet different people from various fields as you handle sponsorships and management of all below the line requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.

• With strong project management skills

• With solid experience in events planning, conceptualization and implementation

• Dynamic & highly collaborative

• Willing to work during erratic hours

• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

• Skilled in negotiation, presentation, script/PR writing

• Marketing/brand experience is an advantage
