  • Handles Talent Acquisition and OnBoarding
  • In charge of Talent Management (Assessment, Transfers, etc.)
  • Responsible for performance management (Performance Evaluation, Promotion, Upgrades, etc.)
  • Handles Strategic Talent Management (Exit Interview, Employee Counseling, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
  • With at least five years solid experience in handling the whole spectrum of talent management and organizational development
  • With specific expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition and development, organization design, career and performance management
  • Highly agile and customer centric
  • With strong project management and coordination skills
