RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles Talent Acquisition and OnBoarding
- In charge of Talent Management (Assessment, Transfers, etc.)
- Responsible for performance management (Performance Evaluation, Promotion, Upgrades, etc.)
- Handles Strategic Talent Management (Exit Interview, Employee Counseling, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- With at least five years solid experience in handling the whole spectrum of talent management and organizational development
- With specific expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition and development, organization design, career and performance management
- Highly agile and customer centric
- With strong project management and coordination skills
- Regular positions available
