RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and conduct training programs in support of business programs and initiatives
- Ensure use of innovative and engaging training methodologies anchored to adult learning principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage end to end program management
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- With at least five years solid experience in learning and development
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and other methodologies beyond the classroom
- With specific expertise in training design, training facilitation, program management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Works independently and takes initiative
- Comfortable with a fast paced work environment
- Dedicated in providing best in class training programs for customers
