Retail Store Credit Analysts (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon)

  • Responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer requests for phone plan applications
  • Interviews customers to verify his/her financial capability, payment history, and purchase activity
  • Assess risk of offering mobile phone line to customers
  • Evaluates customer records and recommends approvals for mobile phone line applications
  • Verifies accuracy and authenticity of mobile phone line application requirements
  • Ensures that all documentations for plan application are completely accomplished

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course
  • With above average scholastic records
  • With at least 1 year relevant work experience in new accounts, credit analysis, evaluation, loan processing and documentation
  • With good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work during mall hours, weekends, and/or in shifting schedules
  • Willing to be assigned in any of the Smart Wireless Centers located at Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon
