RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to business partners and applicants.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Driven to meet target hires without sacrificing quality.
- Strong profiling competence.
- Skilled in using recruitment and hiring tools such as SAP and Jobstreet.
- Can work long hours.
- Resourceful in acquiring high quality candidates.
- Great multi-tasker.
- People-person.
- Good negotiation ability.
- Preferably with experience in telecommunications industry.
- Can start ASAP.
- Consultancy/ Project- based positions available.
