RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, develop and conduct training programs in support of business programs and initiatives
  • Ensure use of innovative and engaging training methodologies anchored to adult learning principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage end to end program management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • With at least five years solid experience in learning and development
  • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and other methodologies beyond the classroom
  • With specific expertise in training design, training facilitation, program management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Works independently and takes initiative
  • Comfortable with a fast paced work environment
  • Dedicated in providing best in class training programs for customers
